Mail Client Manual Settings

If you are having trouble connecting to your email, your settings might be outdated. On 8/15/20 we upgraded our last outdated email server. Check your email settings have your full email address as the username, and not just the user name without the domain. For example, the correct username should look like: john@keyway.net and not just john.

Secure SSL/TLS Settings (Recommended)
Username: USERNAME@keyway.net
Password: Use the email account’s password.
Incoming Server: mail.keyway.net
  • IMAP Port: 993
  • POP3 Port: 995
Outgoing Server: mail.keyway.net
  • SMTP Port: 465
IMAP, POP3, and SMTP require authentication.
Non-SSL Settings (NOT Recommended)
Username: USERNAME@keyway.net
Password: Use the email account’s password.
Incoming Server: mail.keyway.net
  • IMAP Port: 143
  • POP3 Port: 110
Outgoing Server: mail.keyway.net
  • SMTP Port: 587
IMAP, POP3, and SMTP require authentication.
